I've personally been involved in real estate since 1984 and originally started buying and selling properties to build my personal investment portfolio which includes single family homes, apartment complexes and commercial properties throughout Southern California. I was performing fix and flip of properties in Los Angeles before it was popular and later purchasied raw land in the Inland Empire developing single-family homes that were either leased out or sold. So I've been on both sides of multiple real estate sales transactions and know what clients want and expect. I also make it my personal goal to keep clients updated throughout the entire sales process.
